Boko Haram has launched an attack on Konduga town in Borno state, according to reports.
The attack occurred in the early hours of today, December 2 and has been confirmed by a security source to Premium Times.
This comes after the insurgents lay siege to Damaturu, the Yobe State capital on Monday, December 1, causing residents to flee after gunshots were heard and explosions were set off.
Boko Haram is also being blamed for a bomb attack carried out by two females in a crowded market in Maiduguri, the state capital.
Konduga has been under constant onslaught from the terrorists since February and Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau was believed to have been killed there in September until he resurfaced in a new video.
